Job Description

At VASA Fitness, we are dedicated to creating an uplifting experience for our members. We are currently seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our members through phone, email, and chat, addressing and resolving their questions and concerns in a supportive and inclusive manner.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive first impression for members, their guests, and the public.
• Address and resolve membership concerns and meet or exceed assigned quotas.
• Accurately record and resolve member issues using computerized databases.
• Route phone calls and members to the appropriate personnel promptly and efficiently.
• Collect on past due accounts.
