Mortgage Loan Servicer - Home Loan Center

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicer to join our Home Loan Center team at Kirtland Federal Credit Union. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of mortgage loan servicing, including portfolio mortgages and investor mortgages. You will collaborate with management and other team members to enhance and standardize mortgage servicing processes across different mortgage types. Moreover, you will be expected to uphold the credit union's mission, vision, and values while providing exceptional service to both internal and external members.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of mortgage loan servicing activities.
• Facilitate communication, awareness, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Perform any related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Origination, Loan Processing, Title & Escrow, and banking fundamentals preferred.
• Five years of experience in Mortgage Servicing/Processing or related fields preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
