NEW Site Opening Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join us as a New Site Opening Manager at Centria Autism. In this role, you will oversee the smooth and successful staging and openings of new facilities that provide services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines. Success measures include flawless execution of tasks, positive customer service, on-budget facility openings, and risk mitigation during the process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for new facility openings.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assess site suitability.
• Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology.
• Manage the staging team and contractors during the lead-up to the site openings.
• Ensure facility readiness for operations takeover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
• Multi-site project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Ability to follow instructions, use computers, and communicate effectively.
