Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Clinician to join our team at CareLink Community Support Services. As an OC, you will provide individual, group, and family-based interventions in an outpatient clinic setting, utilizing evidenced-based treatments and interventions. If you have a master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of clinical experience, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and comprehensive evaluations based on DSM V criteria.
- Provide therapy for assigned cases in accordance with treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for each member.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and supervision sessions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in providing behavioral health services preferred.
- Knowledge of Evidenced-based treatments and interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
