Job Description
TPC Network is seeking an Outside Operations Staff member to join our team in Avondale, LA on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for our valued members and guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their golfing experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Assist PGA TOUR players, members, and guests with their golfing needs.
- Greet and welcome members and guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Golf Car Facility.
- Perform car maintenance, minor repairs, and service the practice facility.
- Work closely with the Golf Shop staff to enforce club rules.
- Assist members and guests with club cleaning and storage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a country club setting.
