Job Title: Awake Overnight Counselor (Overnight Direct Youth Professional)

Reports to: Awake Overnight Supervisor

Pay Rate up to $18.00/hr plus $1000 Sign-on Bonus

Location: Pike, NH

Mount Prospect Academy is currently hiring Overnight Residential Youth Counselors/Direct Care Behavioral Health Professionals to join our dedicated team. As an Overnight Youth Counselor, you will be responsible for providing overnight supervision and support to young individuals in a safe and nurturing environment. Your role will involve fostering stability, personal growth, and healing during critical nighttime hours.

Responsibilities & Opportunities:

• Assist with bedtime and wake-up routines.
• Provide crisis support to students.
• Celebrate student successes and encourage positive behavior.
• Facilitate meaningful programming and activities.
• Document service delivery and incidents promptly.
• Participate in personal and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license preferred & 21+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Satisfactory completion of background checks.
