Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Night Auditor to join a local Kalispell hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch guest experiences and maintaining hotel operations during night hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by fulfilling guest requests and upholding hotel brand standards.
• Perform front office functions, complete night audit checklists, and generate daily reports.
• Accurately handle cashiering procedures and maintain proper records.
• Ensure guest safety by conducting periodic security checks of the premises.
• Assist guests with food and beverage orders as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and previous supervisory experience preferred.
