Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and identify health or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Monitor and report symptoms, vital signs, and changes in patient condition.
• Develop and modify patient care plans based on responses and conditions.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for patient care planning and evaluation.
• Administer nursing care, medications, and health education.
• Promote positive patient experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and guidelines.
