Job Description
The Pool Maintenance Tech at Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all pools and related areas to the highest standard. Reporting to the Pool Maintenance Supervisor/Water Treatment Manager, the individual will ensure proper maintenance according to the hotel's standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Effectively communicate with employees and guests in a courteous and service-oriented manner.
- Attend hotel meetings and trainings.
- Comply with Highgate Hotel Standards to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
- Handle guest and operational needs with initiative.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in water life safety techniques.
- Ability to stand during an entire shift and perform heavy lifting.
- Skilled in handling plumbing repairs and pool maintenance.
- Maintain proper chemical and temperature levels in pools/spa for guest comfort.
- Perform daily cleaning, logging, and deep cleaning tasks as required.
