Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly across multiple skilled nursing centers within a specific geographic area, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to ensure patient safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
