Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Med/Surg/Tele - PRN

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and identify potential health or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report any changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and provide direct patient care.
• Promote positive patient experiences and ensure patient education on health and disease prevention.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current BLS certification and RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Demonstrated adherence to professional nursing standards and competencies.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and instruments for patient care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in emergency situations.
