Job Description
Saint Vincent Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse Cardiac Stepdown to join our team. As part of our commitment to providing high-quality patient care, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level. Additionally, you will supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Onboarding Process
Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen.
Qualifications
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Preferred academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).
Certifications
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
