Responsibilities

• Assess and address the health and safety needs of patients and communities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, reporting any changes promptly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Administer nursing care, medications, and treatments effectively.
• Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Ensure a positive patient experience through compassionate and competent care.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current BLS/CPR and RN licenses.
• Ability to apply professional nursing standards and evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and instruments.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in EPIC documentation preferred.
