Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our team at the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders within Denver Health. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team providing comprehensive care to patients with severe medical complications from eating disorders and malnutrition. As a Registered Nurse, you will assess patient needs, coordinate with the healthcare team, and deliver quality patient care while upholding professional nursing standards.
Essential Functions
- Assess patient needs and identify health issues.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor patient condition.
- Modify treatment plans based on patient responses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care.
- Administer nursing care, medication, and provide health education.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) and RN license required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in medical equipment usage and patient care.
Shift
Rotating shifts (Days and Nights).
Work Type
PRN/Intermittent position.
Salary
$34.00 - $55.53 per hour.
