Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders at Denver Health. This part-time position on night shifts offers the opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team providing exceptional care to patients with severe medical complications due to eating disorders and malnutrition.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and identify health or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Administer nursing care and medication following best practices.
• Promote positive patient experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Less than 1 year of experience, with direct patient care experience preferred.
• Current BLS and RN licenses required.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in emergency situations.
