Responsibilities

• Assess and address the healthcare needs of individuals, families, and communities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report symptoms and changes in conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Administer nursing care, medication, and promote positive patient experiences.
• Supervise and guide less skilled healthcare personnel.

Requirements

• Post High School Diploma or Certificate Program required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Active RN-Registered Nurse license from the Department of Regulatory Agencies.
• Proficiency in medical equipment usage and patient care administration.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and emergency response skills.
