Registered Nurse (RN) - La Casa Family Practice (PRN)

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at La Casa Family Practice on a PRN basis. As part of the ambulatory care services team, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, ensuring the well-being of diverse patients across all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Support patients in setting measurable health goals and strategies for improvement.
• Supervise and train clinic team members to enhance interdisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Current BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficient in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
