Registered Nurse RN Observation PCU

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse, RN Observation PCU to join our team at Banner Health in San Tan Valley, Arizona. As a member of our Observation Unit, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Implement care plans through direct patient care and supervision.
• Evaluate patient responses to care and adjust plans as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in research activities and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Clinical experience in the relevant area of practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Professional certification is a plus.
