Job Description
We are recruiting for a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Winter Park Medical Center in Colorado. As part of our ambulatory care services, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting to diverse patients, families, and community members. Your role will involve implementing evidence-based care plans, assessing patient needs, collaborating with the healthcare team, and supervising other clinic team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based care plans and provide safe nursing care in an ambulatory clinic setting.
- Conduct nursing assessments and communicate findings to patients and the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to set measurable goals and outcomes for patient care.
- Supervise and train other clinic team members and ensure excellence in healthcare consumer safety and quality outcomes.
- Maintain detailed patient records and promote positive patient experiences.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and RN (Registered Nurse) licenses required.
- Strong adherence to professional nursing standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC documentation preferred.
