Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Waterville, ME. In this role, you will work the evening shift from 3pm-11pm, providing essential patient care support alongside a team of healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of prior nursing home experience and possess the necessary skills to excel in this dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Promote patient independence and well-being through personalized care.
- Adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure quality care standards.
Qualifications
- 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in a long-term care/nursing home setting.
- Licensed Practical Nursing degree.
- Current CPR/BLS certification and other necessary credentials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
