Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Sloan's Lake Primary Care Clinic. As an ambulatory care services RN, you will provide patient care, education, and support in an outpatient setting to diverse patients and families. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and promote excellence in healthcare consumer safety.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Conduct nursing assessments and communicate findings to the team.
• Collaborate with patients and the healthcare team to establish measurable goals and outcomes.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Assist with examinations, treatments, and administering medications.
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Active BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC documentation.
