Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Denver Health's Webb Adult Medical Clinic, where we are dedicated to caring for our community with humanity, triumph, and transformation in health. In this role, you will be providing patient care and education in an outpatient setting under general supervision. The ideal candidate will advocate for patients, collaborate with the healthcare team, and promote excellence in healthcare consumer safety and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based care plans and provide nursing care and patient education.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish measurable goals and outcomes.
- Supervise and support other clinic team members.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
- Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses.
- Promote a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
- Valid BLS and RN licenses.
- Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to react calmly in emergency situations.
