Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Westside Adult Medical Clinic on a PRN basis. As part of our dedicated ambulatory care services team, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, ensuring the well-being of diverse patients across the lifespan. Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to set measurable goals and outcomes for patients.
• Supervise and support other clinic team members to ensure excellent patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Promote a positive patient experience through compassionate care.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Active BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
