Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of managers and crew members to ensure operational excellence in all areas of People, Profitability, and Operations.
- Provide exceptional leadership, customer service, and uphold company standards and policies.
- Oversee human resource functions, including staffing, training, scheduling, and supervision of employees.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and handle customer complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
- 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
