Retail Merchandiser

Job Description

We are hiring a Reset Merchandiser to join our team at CROSSMARK. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for rearranging store products according to a new plan. The successful candidate will need to follow a planogram, complete tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform store tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Report completed tasks accurately using designated systems.
• Communicate effectively with store staff, sales activities, and promotions.
• Follow company policies and procedures for merchandising.
• Implement retail schematics and materials as assigned.
• Participate in team tasks and ensure compliance with shelf conditions.
• Complete timely and accurate reporting of recaps, expense reports, and timesheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in PC use (Adobe, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 60 pounds.
• Access to the internet, printer, phone, and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and insurance if driving for business.
• Comfortable working in a retail store environment and with early morning projects.
• Language skills in English, bilingualism may be required.
