Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Supervisor to join CROSSMARK, a leading company in the retail industry. The Retail Supervisor will oversee retail merchandising, reset, and sales activities in a designated territory, ensuring the quality and efficiency of CROSSMARK services through team management and hands-on project involvement.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a team to deliver projects meeting client and customer standards.
- Conduct in-store audits, assist with project completion, and ensure client expectations are met.
- Direct project work, including reading planograms, setting up fixtures, and managing equipment.
- Organize work techniques, equipment, and schedules, making modifications as necessary.
- Communicate project expectations to customers and team members, evaluate performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and team members, utilizing technology and tools efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in retail management.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience supervising a team of 10-100 employees.
- Ability to work in office and field environments with extensive local travel.
- Physical ability to lift weights, perform manual labor, and drive as needed.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills may be necessary.
