Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to manage retail merchandising, reset, and remodel projects in a designated territory. As a Retail Supervisor at CROSSMARK, you will be responsible for training and leading a team to ensure the successful execution of projects within budget and timeline. Your role will involve hands-on involvement, in-store audits, team management, and effective communication with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage a team to execute projects to meet client expectations.
- Conduct in-store audits to ensure quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Direct and assist with project work, including reading planograms and installing fixtures.
- Organize work techniques, equipment, and schedules for projects, making modifications as needed.
- Manage project expectations, evaluate team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Demonstrate knowledge and use of technology, hardware, and software tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant retail experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Supervisory experience with a team of 10-100 employees.
Working Conditions
This position involves office and field work with extensive local travel and physical demands. Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs.
