Job Description

We are seeking compassionate RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric clients in Nooksack and Bellingham. Alliance Nursing offers critical nursing services to individuals with complex medical needs, ensuring mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions.

As a nurse with Alliance Nursing, you will utilize your clinical competency to deliver patient care, following the nursing process with precision and compassion. Your role will involve close interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members, upholding the highest standards of professional nursing.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license, without restrictions.
• Ability to act with nursing judgment and decisiveness in critical situations.
