RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

Alliance Nursing is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LPN to provide 1:1 care for pediatric clients in Nooksack and Bellingham. As part of our private duty nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering critical nursing services to individuals with complex medical and developmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care following the nursing process.
• Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment skills and nursing judgment.
• Act promptly in response to any changes in patient conditions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license.
• Compassion, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work day shifts daily and night shifts on weekends.
• Desire to make a positive impact and build meaningful relationships.
