RN Poison Information Specialist (Uncertified)

Responsibilities

• Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of poisoning events and determine appropriate course of action.
• Recommendations: Provide first aid and treatment recommendations to the public and healthcare providers.
• Quality: Ensure accurate documentation and maintain high-quality standards in information delivery.
• PHES: Offer information to the public, record FAQs, and complete required surveys.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in nursing.
• Less than 1 year of experience in a medical call center or healthcare setting.
• Active RN license from DORA.
• Strong computer, communication, and customer service skills.
