Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct various civil engineering design tasks including site plans, stormwater management, and traffic design.
- Ensure compliance with Philadelphia's stormwater management guidelines and zoning regulations.
- Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate with clients and mentor junior staff.
- Maintain proficiency in design software and stay updated on industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineering license.
- 8-12 years of experience in site/civil engineering, preferably in the city of Philadelphia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
