Salary: $134,500 - $261,500 per year
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join the AWS Cryptography team at Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing new features for AWS Cryptography, contributing to keeping millions of customers' data secure.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the complete software development lifecycle for AWS Cryptography.
- Operating an AWS business with globally distributed servers and customers.
- Delivering foundational libraries using C and Rust for secure and reliable services.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience leading design or architecture of new systems.
- Experience as a mentor or leading an engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
