Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join Shearer's, a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry. In this role based in Waterford Township, PA, you will lead a team on the night shift to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement objectives. Your responsibilities include directing plant activities, ensuring a safe work environment, maintaining employee relations, and collaborating with other supervisors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide employees in a manufacturing setting.
• Ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
• Comply with regulatory requirements.
• Track employee performance and attendance.
• Utilize metrics to enhance work processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate operations.
• Establish and manage work schedules.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 2-5 years experience in production or operations management, preferably in food processing.
• Spanish and English bilingualism preferred.
