We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, MD. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for driving quality for assigned suppliers, conducting product and process reviews, and ensuring compliance with industrial standards.
Responsibilities
- Own supplier audits and drive improvement plans.
- Partner with sourcing organization to meet engineering requirements.
- Develop solutions under guidance and drive corrective actions.
- Perform audits at the supply base and participate in supplier performance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
