Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Unit Manager - LPN to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As the Unit Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare and ensuring positive clinical outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe nursing care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to non-professional staff.
• Identify staff educational needs and coordinate training programs.
• Oversee medication management according to company policy.
• Participate in direct patient care activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
• Minimum of one year of nurse management experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
