Job Description
We are looking for a Yard Jockey to join our team at Wright Media. This position offers competitive pay of up to $26/hour, with various shift options available. As a Yard Jockey, you will be responsible for yard operations and ensuring the efficient movement of vehicles within the yard.
Responsibilities
- Operate yard vehicles to transport and organize trailers.
- Ensure the safe and timely movement of trucks within the yard.
- Maintain accurate records of yard activity and vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize yard operations.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Reside within 40 miles of Woodlawn, OH, with daily transportation to the yard.
- Prior yard experience required for both CDL and non-CDL holders.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines.
