Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring a smooth flow of products for our stores. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
- Inspect product quality and report issues.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
- Assist in achieving warehouse goals.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
