Academic Service Manager (Part-Time)

Job Description

Study Smart Tutors, a leading college access organization in California, is seeking a Part-Time Academic Service Manager to join their team. The Academic Service Manager will play a crucial role in supporting tutors, facilitating academic programs, and maintaining strong relationships with schools and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to tutors in developing instructional programs and integrating technology into the curriculum.
• Conduct classroom observations to evaluate and provide feedback to tutors.
• Maintain strong relationships with school administration, site coordinators, and program staff.
• Collaborate with the team on onboarding tutors and facilitating sessions when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education or related field.
• 2+ years of teaching, tutoring, or after-school experience, preferably with Title 1 schools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite Apps.
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
