Job Description
Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking to join a dynamic healthcare team? Great Falls Clinic Hospital is seeking an Admission/Discharge Nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the patient care process, ensuring positive outcomes and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care following the nursing process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
- Complete medication reconciliation, admission health history, and medication education.
- Review and ensure completeness of admissions and discharges.
- Provide direction and support to nursing and allied services staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Nursing Program with MT RN licensure.
- ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications within 6 months of hire.
- Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing and IV skills.
- Proficiency in basic office skills.
