Maintenance Technician II

Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to work at the Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. The role involves conducting repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance for the 296-unit apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Working individually or as part of a team to ensure the property is well-maintained.
• Continuous learning and development to enhance skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' apartment maintenance experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively and follow instructions.
• Proficiency in landscaping, plumbing, electrical work, and other maintenance tasks.
• Prior pool maintenance experience is preferred.
• Capacity to lift up to 60 pounds and operate necessary equipment.
