Advisor, Sols PPS

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Advisor, Sols PPS to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. The role involves driving growth initiatives for Project 360 and implementing strategies for the production inkjet system customers. As a P360 Analyst, you will collaborate with various teams to identify volume growth opportunities and work on site assessments, customer strategies, and new business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer site assessments and drive solution implementation.
• Provide insight on industry trends and review volume migration strategies.
• Offer expert-level knowledge on workflow management and design innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with sales personnel to maintain customer relationships and prevent escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 9 years of related experience.
• Strong industry knowledge of Commercial Printing, Transactional, and Direct Mail markets.
• Experience in production environments and document delivery through web portals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Extensive travel may be required.
