Job Description
We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team at Cyntergy. As a key member of the retail architecture team, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of architectural document production, working collaboratively with architects and engineers to deliver exceptional projects. Your role will involve utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and innovative point cloud laser scanning techniques to produce high-quality architectural designs. Additionally, you will engage in project coordination, construction document production, and travel for documenting existing conditions as needed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a national building program, receiving training and support within Cyntergy's integrated teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural document production utilizing BIM and laser scanning technology.
- Coordinate with project teams to produce construction documents.
- Maintain project files and adhere to established systems.
- Travel for national and local purposes to document existing conditions.
- Collaborate with Project Leads and Managers to deliver high-quality drawings.
Requirements
- Experience with Autodesk Revit or equivalent BIM software.
- Knowledge of Laser/Lidar scanning and point cloud manipulation is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills.
