Job Description

ROUNDHOUSE COMMUNITIES LLC, a rapidly growing real estate developer and manager, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support various aspects of property management. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will assist in leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting to ensure efficient operations and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in leasing apartments, conducting property tours, and processing lease agreements.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs, including unit inspections and documentation preparation.
  • Collect rent payments, prepare deposits, and maintain accurate resident records.
  • Prepare financial reports, occupancy reports, and assist in conducting resident events.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
  • Maintain resident and vendor files and uphold safety procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; college coursework in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, sales, and multi-family housing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
