Job Description

Cedar Band Travel Plaza is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to oversee inventory control, staff management, and ensure exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining product knowledge, supervising staff, and enhancing overall store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store inventory effectively.
  • Supervise Shift Supervisors and Customer Service Representatives.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is provided at all times.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities and workflow of staff.
  • Assist in hiring and training new employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service as an Assistant Manager.
  • Proficiency in G-site POS system is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.

Additional Information

  • Full-time position with evening and weekend shifts.
  • No travel required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
