Job Description
Cedar Band Travel Plaza is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to oversee inventory control, staff management, and ensure exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining product knowledge, supervising staff, and enhancing overall store operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage store inventory effectively.
- Supervise Shift Supervisors and Customer Service Representatives.
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided at all times.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities and workflow of staff.
- Assist in hiring and training new employees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service as an Assistant Manager.
- Proficiency in G-site POS system is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
Additional Information
- Full-time position with evening and weekend shifts.
- No travel required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
