Responsibilities

• Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
• Conduct systematic patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Interpret diagnostic data and respond to emergencies following nursing standards.
• Act as a patient advocate, providing education and support to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Active RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
