Caregiver Lead

Join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as a Caregiver Lead, where you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to seniors in a warm and welcoming environment. As the Lead Care Manager, you will lead a team of Care Managers in delivering personalized care services to residents in alignment with their individualized Service Plans. This role requires dedication, compassion, and strong leadership skills to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided and adherence to Sunrise policies.
• Support meal service and hospitality standards.
• Monitor team member schedules and break times.
• Participate in crossover meetings and share essential information with other Lead Care Managers.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist in medication administration if needed.
• Contribute to creating a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to the care coordinator.
• Resolve conflicts and provide feedback for performance reviews.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Previous experience in senior care is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy with the ability to learn new applications.
