The CDL Driver at Albertsons Companies, Inc. is responsible for performing pre and post-trip inspections of their vehicle, ensuring the safe loading and unloading of products, and operating the equipment (tractor/trailer/yard truck/straight truck) effectively. They review paperwork for accuracy, deliver products on-time, communicate professionally with customers, and maintain DOT compliance.

Responsibilities
- Receive route paperwork, truck, and trailer assignment, and route instructions
- Conduct pre-trip, inter-trip, and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
- Secure and scale loads, follow route plan, and complete delivery/pickup requirements
- Ensure cargo is secured throughout the delivery route
- Accurately report hours of service in compliance with DOT regulations using an ELD
