Responsibilities
- Safely perform physically demanding manufacturing duties
- Follow standardized work instructions to maintain quality standards
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment
- Participate in voluntary development opportunities to enhance safety and quality
Requirements
- 18 years old or older at time of application
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
- Attention to detail and commitment to following procedures
- Positive attitude, respect for others, and teamwork mindset
- Flexibility to adjust to changing production needs
Schedule:
- In general, shifts run Monday to Friday with potential for Saturday shifts and/or overtime
- 1st Shift Hours: 6:30am to 3:15pm
- 2nd Shift Hours: 7:15pm to 4:00am
