Job Description
We are looking for a diligent Community Monitor to join Walton Communities LLC. As a Community Monitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of our community, ensuring an exceptional experience for residents and team members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure personal appearance and community standards meet or exceed Walton's expectations.
- Participate in resident activities and assist in the delivery of correspondence.
- Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and functionality of community areas such as playgrounds, pool, and entry gate.
- Assist in simple service requests and support the Maintenance Manager as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Physical abilities to work in varying weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and drive a golf cart.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
