Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated by personal business development and marketing activities. You will work closely with owners and managers of properties to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and other services after disasters.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, revenue, and profit margins.
• Ensure timely collections and AR management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project success.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing/business development in construction or restoration industry.
• Proficiency in construction estimating and Xactimate preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
